Initial Consultation: Email a brief description or a hand sketch of your idea along with your design intent and contact information. Once I’ve reviewed your submission, I will reach out to schedule an in-person meeting or zoom call to discuss the project details. The meeting typically lasts 1-3 hours, depending on the complexity of the design. During this meeting, we will establish an approximate project timeline.
Design Agreement: If both parties agree to move forward with the design, a design contract will be signed. At this time, a deposit for the service and total project cost will be finalized.
Project Milestones and fees
Consultation fee: Are customized based on the scope and complexity of the consultation.
Deposit: 10% due after signing the contract
First Payment: 40% of the total bill will be due once the design reaches the halfway point.
Final Meeting: Upon completion of the design and any related drawings, we will schedule another in-person meeting or zoom call to review the final deliverables. At this point, once approved by the client, the remaining balance will be due in full.
Deliverables: All designs, assemblies, drawings, and PDFs will be provided to you for your ownership.
